Privacy Notice

This notice explains how SAVVY VISION, Zürich (the "studio", "we") processes personal data when you visit savvy.vision or contact us. We process data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Visiting the website

When you open a page, our web server processes the technical data your browser sends: IP address, date and time, requested page, referrer and browser type. This data is kept in server logs for a limited period to operate and secure the website and is then deleted. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure, functioning website.

This website sets no tracking cookies and uses no analytics or advertising services. Fonts are served from our own server; no requests are sent to Google or other font providers. The browser may store a single technical value in session storage so the opening animation is shown only once per visit; it contains no personal data and is deleted when you close the tab.

Contact form and email

If you contact us through the form or by email, we process the details you provide (name, email address, optional phone number, information about your project) solely to answer your request and, if a project follows, to prepare and carry out the engagement. Submissions are stored on our server in Switzerland or the EU and forwarded to the studio by email. We delete the data when it is no longer needed for these purposes, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

Recipients

We pass on data only to service providers who host our website or deliver our email, and only as far as needed for those services. They are bound by contract to process data solely on our instructions.

Your rights

You have the right to request information about the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict processing and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. Please write to studio@savvy.vision. You may also lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or your local supervisory authority.
